The Sight Glass is made from robust polycarbonate and is easy to install and clean.
Includes:
1 x Stainless Steel ½” Male BSP Threaded Post with O-Rings
1 x Stainless Steel ½” Female BSP Threaded Post with O-Rings
1 x 36cm Polycarbonate Tube (13mm ID x 15mm OD)
Directions for Use:
To remove the existing Stainless Steel Sight Glass, remove the two screws that mount the top section of the recirculation tube.
Using a spanner (not included), loosen and remove the bottom ½" female fitting.
Remove the small white washer underneath the filling – set aside as it is needed for the upgrade.
Swap over the Camlock fitting.
Please Note:
Thread tape will be needed to get it to seal in the right position once it has been tightened back down on the bottom ½" female fitting.
The BrewZilla Polycarbonate Sight Glass also comes assembled with 14 -16mm Stepless clamps.
If using PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash), it is recommended that the Sight Glass does not have extended contact time at temperatures over 50°C. It is also recommended not to exceed the correct dilution ratio.
