COMMERCIAL CARBONATION SYSTEM - CARBX PRO 4 HEAD
/edit
The four head system is an adaptation of the single head system and includes the following.
- 500mm Carbonation chamber with Multi-flow technology.
- Pressure reduction valves on each output for adjustment of flow to each filler.
- 6" x1.5m Deration chamber with Vacuum pump for fast effective removal of oxygen from the water source.
- Sturdy and easy to use fill system accommodating short and long neck bottles.
- Separate controls for the three main parts of the system. Timer adjustments available on the pump and carbonation system.
PLEASE NOTE: The components are assembled to order only, we require 7 to 10 working days for assembly and testing.
The CarbX Pro CCS is a commercial carbonation system engineered to produce highly carbonated water around the clock, every day of the week.
Perfect for water shops, restaurants, hotel chains, or entrepreneurs seeking to enter the thriving carbonated water market.
Just connect the system to your water source, attach the gas and electricity, and start bottling immediately.
Our system ensures water with exceptional CO² retention and superior carbonation quality.
Capacity:
The CarbX Pro CCS ensures a constant supply of carbonated water within its operational parameters.
An efficient operator can fill and cap a 500ml bottle every 20-30 seconds. During an 8-hour shift, allowing 1 hour for lunch, an operator can produce up to 840 bottles of fully carbonated water per day. This totals to approximately 16,800 bottles per month.
The carbonation level is adjustable to suit your market needs and individual customer preferences.
The CarbXPro CCS features an exclusive water deaerator, enhancing its performance and setting it apart from others carbonation system currently on the market.
Benefits of the Deaerator System:
- Higher Levels of Carbonation: Achieve carbonation levels unattainable with conventional systems. The CarbX Pro CCS’s carbonation is deeply seated, ensuring it remains in the water for extended periods.
- Carbonation at Higher Temperatures: Unlike conventional systems that require water to be chilled to around 2°C for carbonation, the CarbX Pro CCS deaerator system allows for carbonation at temperatures up to 15°C, maintaining high levels of carbonation with excellent long-term retention.
- Extended Shelf Life: By removing oxygen from the water, the natural oxidation process is significantly reduced, resulting in a more shelf-stable product that can be sold with confidence.
- Recirculation Benefit: Wastewater from pressure filling is recirculated into the de-aeration chamber, reducing water waste and maintaining lower chamber pressure while achieving the same high levels of carbonation.
Bottle Filling Station:
The CarbX Pro CCS’s standard bottle filling station has been manufactured entirely from Stainless Steel, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The station includes replaceable parts and comes with a spare seal kit.
The standard bottle filler can accommodate a variety of plastic and glass bottles with different neck lengths.
The complete station includes the following components:
- Stainless Steel Work Table
- Filling Station - Equipped with a 4" removable neck and an inspection lid
- De-Aeration Chamber – Complete with a vacuum pump and control circuit
- Sight Glass and Water Trap
- Pressure Chamber - Features a Stainless Steel vane pump, pressure relief valve (PRV), and valve system
- RO Suction Pump - Includes a filter system and one-way valve
- Control Circuit - Includes a mains connection
- Pressure Regulator and Manifold
- Digital Pressure Gauges
Additional Items:
- Gas Cylinder - Rent or buy option
- Dissolved Oxygen Meter - Optional

Training Program:
All CarbX Pro CCS machines come with a comprehensive training program. Training is mandatory, and no machine will be released until the program is successfully completed.
A demonstration system is on display at Millside. Book an appointment to come in and take a look!
New systems are built to order and take 10 - 15 working days to produce and commission, depending on parts availability.
