Manufacturing Process:

• Timeframe: Manufacturing typically takes between 5 to 30 working days, depending on design complexity and the number of components.
• Materials: We use only high-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel in the construction of our systems.
• Welding: TIG welding techniques are employed to ensure sanitary, precise welds, with all joints purged to guarantee optimal quality.
• Finish: All welded parts undergo pickling and passivation with a nitric acid solution for superior durability. Parts can also be electro-passivated to achieve an exceptionally smooth, high-quality finish.
