The Digital Beer / Wort Refractometer can measure both Brix 0 - 50% and 1.000 - 1.130SG quickly and accurately, allowing the Brewer to measure both sugar concentration and density.
The Digital Beer / Wort Refractometer is portable and has automatic temperature compensation.
Additional Information:
The Digital Beer / Wort Refractometer uses a small amount of liquid which is then analyzed optically. The big advantage over a hydrometer is the small sample size needed as only a few drops are needed to get a gravity reading.
The Digital Beer / Wort Refractometer is battery-operated and will give the Brewer a Brix reading on the large LCD screen, making it a lot easier to see the results
