• Advanced Lids & Monitoring Features: Millside offers extraction lids that can be domed or straight, with sight glasses available if required. Sight glasses can also be integrated along the process path for continuous monitoring of product movement.
• Cooling and Heating Options: Condensers for cooling or jacketed columns for controlled heating and cooling can be incorporated during the extraction process.
• Separation Capabilities: We can include separation columns to effectively remove unwanted by-products from the system.

Manufacturing Process:

• Timeframe: Manufacturing time depends on the complexity and number of parts, typically ranging from 5 to 30 working days.
• Materials: We utilize 304 or 316 high-grade stainless steel in the construction of our systems.
• Welding: TIG welding techniques are employed to ensure a sanitary and precise finish, with all welds being purged for optimal quality.
• Finish: All welded parts are pickled and passivated using a combination of nitric acid to ensure long-term durability. Additionally, parts can be electro-passivated for an exceptionally smooth and high-quality appearance.
