FERMOLAGER W
Fermolager W is a dry active, bottom fermenting yeast strain especially selected for fermentation of a wide spectrum of Lager Beer styles.
Fermolager W offers a fine equilibrium of fruity and floral aromas through a production of appropriate esters and a fast diacetyl reduction.
Fermolager W attenuating capacity is high and it is suitable for the production of Lager Beers with a neutral and balanced aromatic profile.
Fermolager W is a strongly flocculating yeast able to settle quickly at the end of fermentation.

Fermolager W is a bottom fermentation yeast selected by the Weihenstephan Technical University of Munich for the production of various types of bottom fermentation Beers such as Pilsner, Lagers Hell, Bock and Schwarz. It’s a producer of the typical fruity esters that characterize modern Lager Beers from Europe.

Attenuation: 86%
Fermentation Range: 12–18°C
Pitching Rate: 80 to 100 g/hL for worts between 12°P and 20°P
Dosage: Dosage for wort of 12 °P to 16 °P: 80 to 100 g/hL. Fermentation temperature: 12°C to 18°C.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Hydration: Add 10 to 20 times its weight in sterile water, ideally between 18°C and 20 °C. Ideally, stir gently for 20 to 30 minutes. Optionally, a yeast nutrient can be added to optimize the viability.
PLEASE NOTE:
Store in the original sealed packaging, away from light, in a dry and odorless place.
Store preferably at a temperature <20°C.
Do not freeze.
Best before the date on the packaging.
Use immediately after opening.
