SANITIZER SANOX - 1L

Sanox is a free rinsing peroxyacetic based antimicrobial product developed for a wide range of sanitizing applications in the dairy, meat, poultry, food processing and beverage industry.

Sanox is recommended for use on pre-cleaned surfaces such as equipment, pipelines, tanks, vats, fillers and evaporators.

Advantages:

• No foaming improves CIP efficiency.
• Free rinsing, therefore providing a one-step use.
• Effective at low concentrations.
• May be used as a sanitizer and an acidified rinse simultaneously.
• Removes established biofilm and prevents growth.
• pH range tolerant.

Directions for Use:

• Clean surfaces with a recommended detergent solution. Followed by a potable water rinse.
• Sanitize at a dilution rate of 10ml – 20ml of Sanox concentrate to 1000ml of water.
• Use immersion, course spray or circulation techniques as appropriate to the equipment.
• All surfaces should be exposed to sanitising solution for a period of at least 2 minutes or more.
• Drain any excess solution.
• DO NOT RINSE.
• Do not reuse the remaining solution for sanitization.

Precautions:

Gloves and goggles must be worn as a precaution when handling the concentrated solution.
