The Tri-Clover Weldless Bulkhead Fitting – 1.5” has been manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel and can be added to any Brewing Vessel.
The Tri-Clover Weldless Bulkhead Fitting is supplied with a Food Grade, High Heat Compatible Silicone Gasket
Installation Instructions:
Drill and Prepare the Hole:
Drill a 41mm hole in your brewing vessel.
De-burr the hole to ensure smooth edges.
Attach and Tighten the Locknut:
Insert the Tri-Clover Weldless Bulkhead Fitting through the hole.
Tighten the locknut from the inside of the vessel.
Secure the Flange:
Since the flange lacks flat surfaces for a wrench, hold the flange with your hand while tightening.
Alternatively, you can clamp other Tri-Clover part onto the bulkhead using a gasket and clamp, then tighten as necessary.
